Nino Kapanadze holds a Master of Law (LL.M) in Public Law and Public Administration. She has worked on issues related to democracy and good governance in the non-governmental sector for the past four years.
Previously, Nino worked in public service for eight years, particularly in the legal departments of the Parliament of Georgia and the Ministry of Education, where her work primarily focused on law-making activities.
During her time at the of Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (2020-2024), Nino authored several analytical documents, including the operation of the Government during the state of Emergency (2020), reports on the role and responsibility of the opposition, Georgian experiences of parliamentary supervision, and comparative analyses with other countries. She also conducted a comparative study on parliamentary control of the security sector and examined international best practices in policy planning and coordination within the framework of public administration reform. In 2023-2024, she was in Germany on a scholarship from the Berlin Parliament, where she researched issues related to parliamentary control.
